Welcome to Naxos Transfers. By booking a transfer with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and premium transport experience across Naxos.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To be fair to both our customers and our drivers, the following refund rules apply:

• Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, or “no-shows” at the meeting point, are non-refundable.

2. Waiting Time & Delays

We monitor flight and ferry arrivals to ensure we are there when you land or dock.

• Port & Airport Pickups: We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual arrival time of your ship or plane.

• Hotel, Villa, or Private Address Pickups: We include 15 minutes of free waiting time.

• Please notify us immediately via phone/WhatsApp if you are delayed beyond these times to avoid the ride being marked as a no-show.

3. Luggage & Vehicle Capacity

To ensure your safety and comfort:

• Customers are responsible for choosing a vehicle that fits their group and luggage.

• Capacity: Our Vans (e.g., Mercedes Vito) accommodate up to 8 passengers and 8 standard suitcases. Our Jeeps/Sedans accommodate up to 3 passengers.

• If your luggage exceeds the safe capacity of the vehicle and was not declared in advance, we reserve the right to refuse transport or charge for a second vehicle.

4. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with EU GDPR regulations.

• Data Usage: we only collect the information necessary to complete your booking (Name, Email, Phone, and Trip Details).

• No Third-Party Sharing: We strictly do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third-party companies for marketing purposes.

• Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through Viva Wallet. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers.

• Your Rights: You may request to view, edit, or delete your personal data from our system at any time by emailing info@naxosprivatetransfers.com
